All PTPs "AVEC CONTROLE IP"?

It seems to me that ALL "Promotion Pages" have been turned into "AVEC CONTROLE IP". Is this true? And why? Is this a global Creadunet's change?

No it is not true. It is just that a big majority of the administrators of PTPs prefer to put against IP / MINUTE instead of no control, because almost all the control rooms are like that. But that does not influence at the level of the earnings of points a lot

You're wrong. Till yesterday all PTPs "SANS CONTOLE IP" had this behaviour:

Two hits in the SAME minute by the SAME IP to two DIFFERENT PTP links of the SAME PTP: both credited

Since yesterday this is their REAL behaviour:

Two hits in the SAME minute by the SAME IP to two DIFFERENT PTP links of the SAME PTP: the first is credited, the second ISN'T

This is exactly how PTPs AVEC CONTROLE IP work.

So, I think that right now ONLY PTPs AVEC controle IP are possible. Try yourself testing two links of two users of the SAME PTP.
